Troubleshooting

Can't see GA4 properties

Re-authenticate your Google account. Ensure the account has at least Viewer access to the GA4 properties you expect to see.

Audit stuck or not completing

Check that your GA4 property has been collecting data for at least 7 days. Some checks require recent data to run.

Missing checks in my report

Certain checks are only available on higher plan tiers. Upgrade your plan to unlock the full audit suite.
