Reports & Exports
White-label and branded reports
Apply a saved branding profile (logo, colour, company name, footer) to your PDF and PPTX exports so reports go out under your own brand.
Branding is included for everyone
White-label branding is available to every account at no cost. Set up a branding profile in Settings and those details are applied to your supported future exports automatically. If you'd rather not brand your reports, leave the profile empty and exports use the default Tag & Analytics Audit presentation.
Setting up your branding profile
Go to Settings > Branding in the dashboard. The branding profile has five fields:
- Logo. Upload a PNG or SVG file. Recommended size: at least 400px wide with a transparent background. The logo is displayed at approximately 120px height in the PDF header.
- Brand colour. A primary hex colour used for headings, severity badges, and section accents. Should be legible on both white and dark backgrounds.
- Company name. Appears in the PDF header, PPTX title slide, and Excel header row.
- Footer text. A short line (e.g. "Prepared by Acme Analytics | acme-analytics.com") that appears in the footer of every PDF page and PPTX slide.
- Report title prefix. Optional prefix for the report title, e.g. "GA4 Audit Report. " followed by the property name.
What the output looks like
PDF: Branded PDF exports use your logo, company name, colour palette, and footer text when a branding profile is configured.
PPTX: Branding is applied to the title slide and key slide accents in your PPTX exports.
Excel: Branding support depends on the export type. If an export does not support branding yet, it will use the default workbook styling.
Multiple branding profiles
The account uses a single branding profile today. If you need multiple client-brand variations, it is best to confirm the setup with support before promising it operationally.
