30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you subscribe to any paid plan and are not satisfied with GA4 Audits for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase. It does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades after the initial 30-day window, or add-on purchases.
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, lock-in periods, or hidden charges.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
- You retain full access to all paid features until the billing period ends.
- Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period expires. Existing audit history remains accessible in read-only mode.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
Prorated Refunds for Annual Plans
If you are on an annual plan and cancel after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining unused months. The refund is calculated as:
For example, if you paid £480 for an annual plan and cancel after 4 months, your refund would be (8/12) x £480 = £320.
Monthly plan subscribers are not eligible for prorated refunds outside the 30-day guarantee, as monthly plans are billed one period at a time.
How to Cancel
Cancellation takes less than a minute:
- Sign in to your GA4 Audits account.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and the date your access expires. You can resubscribe at any time from the same billing page.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Once we approve your refund request:
- Processing — refunds are submitted to Stripe within 1 business day.
- Bank processing— depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
- Confirmation — you will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
