Getting Started
Exporting PDF, PPTX, and Excel reports
PDF for sharing, PPTX for client decks, Excel for remediation tracking. Every format is included for free — here's what each one contains.
Downloading a report
Click "Export" in the top-right of any completed audit. Pick PDF, PPTX, or Excel — each is generated on demand and downloads in a few seconds.
All three formats — PDF, Excel, and PPTX — are available to everyone for free, with no watermarks.
PDF report
Print-ready PDF for stakeholders. Cover page, executive summary with overall score and key findings, module-by-module breakdown, full findings list with severity badges and remediation steps, and a severity-distribution chart in the summary.
PPTX report
Editable deck for client walkthroughs. Title slide, score summary, and one findings slide per module — opens in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
Excel report
One row per check with columns for ID, module, severity, status (pass/fail/skip), description, and recommended fix. Add your own Status or Assignee columns to manage a remediation sprint, or merge sheets across audits to compare results.
Branding on exports
White-label branding is available to everyone. With a branding profile (logo, colours, company name, footer text) configured, the PDF cover and header reflect your brand, and the PPTX title slide and footer use your logo and company name. Excel branding support varies by export type.
Configure under Settings › Branding. Changes apply to future exports only — previously generated files aren't updated.
